The property has 3 floors, a basement, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, large kitchen,dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Current tennants are two friendly, easy-going female medical students. They are looking for a nice graduate student or young professional for a roommate next year.

I will be a second-year medical student at Penn and am looking for a roommate for my 2-bed, 2-bath apartment at 23rd Street, between Manning and Locust. The rent is $1075 per person, per month, plus utilities, which are around $100 per person, per month. I have lived in this apartment for the last year and really love it here.
