For each election candidates will be given the following time allowances:
- Speech: 2-3 Minutes
- Questions: 4 Minutes(may be extended at the discretion of the Election Chair)
Speeches should be concise and well practiced. Be sure to include information about past leadership experience, familiarity with Hillel as well as why you are running. After the speech is finished questions will be asked by the audience and the candidate will leave the room for the next candidate to speak.
After all candidates have spoken there will be time for questions and answers. All questions should be clear and respectful. No personal attacks will be permitted.
